Fitness is the new buzzword and running is the new sport everyone is into. After a nice run with your Valentine drink this love potion to revitalise yourselves. This is what I call a healthy romance.
Serves – 2 Prep Time – 10 mins Cooking time (no fire) – 15 mins
- Dates – 8
- Raisins – 10
- Almonds – 8
- Oats – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Skimmed milk – 2 cups
- Make dry powder of oats and almonds.
- In a blender put dates, raisins, honey and half of the milk and blend to a smoothie.
- Top up with rest of the milk.
- Serve chilled.
Tip : Make the love potion before heading out for the run and enjoy it after cool down.
